5-axis machining
AMC has a thorough understanding of 5-axis machining and CAD software.
In line with 2 core values of Atlantic Modelage Composite, innovation and precision, the company acquired two 5-axis machining centres. For many years we have been able to process the most complex shapes and we can now meet the requirements of the most demanding customers as regards accuracy.
The useful machining volumes - 55 m3 and 11 m3 - are complementary, offering a smooth and flexible production system. Machining of models or moulds directly in soft materials such as:
- Polyurethane foams (all densities)
- Expanded polystyrene (all densities)
- MDF, plywood and all particle boards
- Polyester or epoxy sprayable fillers
- Resins
